My dashboard says zero visitors. What is wrong?
Nearly always one of three things. The script is not on the page: view source and look for script.js. The website id does not match the one in Settings. Or you are looking at your own visits, which are excluded once you have marked your browser as the owner. An ad blocker on your own machine will also hide your own traffic without affecting anyone else’s.
A payment came in but it is not attributed to a source.
The webhook arrived without a visitor id, which happens when the buyer reached the checkout somewhere we could not follow them, such as a different browser or a link sent to a phone. Open the payment and it will say which of those it was. Re-running attribution from Settings picks up anything that can still be matched.
Do my numbers have to match Google Analytics?
No, and they will not. GA4 sets cookies and loses everyone who declines the banner; we set none and count them. Different products also disagree about where one session ends and the next begins. The shape should match, the totals will not, and a tool that claimed otherwise would be the one to distrust.
How do I connect my AI agent?
Every website has an MCP endpoint and a key you generate in its settings. There is a page for each client with the exact command or config file it wants, linked at the bottom of this one.
Can I give someone access without giving them my account?
Yes. A website can be shared read-only from its settings, and the link can be revoked. For a full seat, Growth includes up to thirty.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Collection stops and the dashboard locks when a plan or trial ends. Everything is kept for 30 days after that, with the exact deletion date shown on your billing page from the first day, and picking a plan before it keeps all of it. After that it is deleted automatically.
How do I delete my data right now?
Deleting a website deletes its events, visitors, payments and history in the same minute, from its own settings. Deleting your account does that for every website it owns. Neither is reversible and neither needs to go through us.
One of your comparison pages is wrong about another product.
